We are seeking discount networks, affiliate programs, retailers, and other authorized offer suppliers serving Canadian customers.

Our proposed model

Participating organizations would distribute access codes to eligible customers. Depending on the program, a pass may include a promotional allowance that limits access to specified offers.

Potential distribution channels include memberships, purchases, promotions, events, and paid-entry auction participation benefits, including benefits for participants who do not win.

What we want to establish

• Permission to distribute offers through a restricted-access platform.
• Whether a promotional allowance may be associated with accessing or issuing offers.
• Canadian offer availability and redemption eligibility.
• Supported delivery methods, such as tracked links, vouchers, APIs, or hosted portals.
• Offer conditions, permitted branding, reporting, and commercial terms.

We will publish offers only after obtaining the necessary permissions. Integration and allowance rules will depend on the provider’s capabilities and agreement.
